On this page you can find information about how to join our grotto and pay dues. You do not need to be a member to join us for a meeting, ask questions, or enter a cave. Find out how you can meet with us here.
Folks are members of the grotto when they have paid their annual dues, though full membership requires active membership in the NSS. Membership runs from January through December. This information can be found in the TriTrogs’ Constitution and Bylaws.
Dues and Payments
Dues are $15 annually per individual, or $22 for a family, with a 50% discount after July 1st. We ask for $3 per piece of gear rented, to cover wear and tear, and eventual replacement.
Cash or check payments handed to the Treasurer are preferred at this time, but we can still receive payments through PayPal. In any case, please let the Treasurer or Secretary know the amount and what it was for.
Dues and Donations are used to support:
- This website, tritrogs.org
- Provisions and camping for the annual grotto trip
- Donations to cave conservancies
- Loaner gear
- Other expenses, as agreed upon by the Executive Committee
Annual financial reports are provided to the membership after the close of each calendar year. Please feel free to contact treasurer@tritrogs.org for report inquiries.
